Learning Support Assistant - Post-16 Provision Location: Greenwich Start: September Full-time, 9am until 3.30pm Are you someone who connects easily with young people and isn''t afraid of a challenge? Remedy Education is working closely with a specialist SEN school in Greenwich that supports learners aged 16-19 with a range of needs, including social, emotional and mental health challenges. The team is looking to welcome a committed SEN Teaching Assistant this September, someone who can bring calm energy, patience, and purpose to the classroom. This is not a traditional school. The students here often haven''t had the easiest journey through education, but with the right support, they can and do thrive. Your role will involve working closely with students who may struggle with behaviour and engagement. You''ll help them find structure, confidence, and pathways toward independence, whether that''s through functional skills, vocational activities or life skills learning. This isn''t just a support role, it''s a relationship-building role. You''ll need to show up every day with consistency, clarity, and a genuine interest in helping young people move forward.
