SEN Learning Support Assistant

We at Remedy have a new and exciting SEN Learning Support Assistant vacancy which is available September for one of our Pupil Referral Unit Schools, this position is a full-time role with potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate. We are ideally looking for a passionate and resilient individual who is experienced in mild SEN and behavioural difficulties and is happy to travel to the Croydon, Crystal Palace area to fill this specific role.

Your role as a SEN Learning Support Assistant is to ensure that all student''s you work with who have Special Educational & Behavioural needs are supported and seen. You will be working closely with the pupil''s parents/ carers and Teachers to guarantee that the child''s individual educational needs and abilities are being met in the classroom.

SEN learning Support Assistant Requirements:

• Experience with SEN in a school setting
• Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
• Relevant qualifications- Level 2 or 3 (Desired but not needed)
• Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed
