We are thrilled to be supporting a well-established, forward-thinking specialist school in Westcliff-on-Sea to recruit a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This setting supports children and young people with a wide range of additional needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Some students also have neurological impairments, complex physical disabilities, and medical needs. Over half of the students have autism, with some presenting very complex profiles. The school also supports pupils with moderate learning difficulties, helping them develop socially and emotionally before transitioning to further education or college.
