Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join fantastic schools in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

Your Role:

As a SEN LSA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement EHCPs
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Help create a safe, inclusive classroom environment

Whether you''re an experienced LSA or a graduate looking to build a career in education, this role offers a rewarding pathway into SEN support.

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in SEN or a genuine passion to learn
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff
• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
