A Secondary SEN School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Teachers.

As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Support students with their learning, communication, social development, and independence.
• Adapt support to meet individual students'' needs and learning styles.
• Encourage students to participate positively in lessons and school activities.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students and provide consistent encouragement.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
