The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the SEN provision, writing and reviewing EHCP plans, coordinating targeted support for pupils with additional needs, and providing class cover where required across the specialist provision.Location: Mainstream Primary School - Hammersmith Permanent Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: September 2026 Salary: M3 to UPS1 + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead and support the development of the new specialist SEND provision for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Write, review, and monitor EHCP targets and reports, ensuring pupils receive personalised support and progress is accurately tracked.
