In this role, you will work with a specific learner/group of learners, who require direct intervention and support from staff to help them within their education.As a 1:1 Support staff member, you will support children across a range of subjects, activities and curriculum, helping the learner with their work, keeping them engaged and liaising with the class teacher on providing an inclusive environment for the students.
