This role focuses on delivering structured intervention to learners with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and those working below age-related expectations or currently out of mainstream education. You will play a key role in closing learning gaps, improving engagement, and helping students build confidence in core subjects.
