This role involves working with learners with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and those who may be disengaged from education or working below expected academic levels. You will deliver focused intervention sessions aimed at closing learning gaps, improving engagement, and building confidence in core subjects.
