Key Responsibilities of an SEN Intervention Teaching Assistant:

• Targeted Intervention: Deliver one-to-one or small group support tailored to the students'' specific needs-whether they are related to learning, social development, or behaviour.
• Lesson Adaptation: Assist in planning and delivering lessons or activities that are accessible, engaging, and adapted to each student''s individual learning style and pace.
• Monitoring & Feedback: Track students'' progress and regularly share observations with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure effective support is in place.
• Emotional Support: Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages emotional resilience, confidence, and independence.
• Collaborative Support: Work as part of a wider team-including teaching staff, SENCO, and parents-to implement consistent strategies that promote development and inclusion.

• Competitive Daily Rate: -105120 per day
• Location: Southwark
• Schedule: Full time - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
