You won''t just be supporting a class; you will be the key to unlocking communication and learning for children with the most significant barriers to education.The Role: Specialist Hub SupportWorking within our dedicated SEN Hub, you will support a small group of children with mixed abilities and high-level SEN. This cohort includes pupils with Autism (ASC), Non-Verbal communication profiles, and significant Cognitive Delay.Your Key Responsibilities:Group and Individual Scaffolding: Supporting a small group where abilities vary significantly, ensuring each child accesses "small-step" learning tailored to their specific cognitive level.Communication Specialist: Utilising non-verbal cues, sensory triggers, and alternative communication methods to connect with non-verbal learners.Sensory Regulation: Recognising signs of sensory overload and implementing calming strategies ..... full job details .....
