This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone confident in maths and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.The Role Monday and Friday: Delivering maths lessons to students, following a broad and engaging curriculumTuesday Thursday: Providing Learning Support Assistant (LSA) cover across the schoolSupporting pupils both in and out of the classroom to promote progress, engagement, and positive behaviourWorking closely with teaching staff and the wider support team to meet individual pupil needs The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience teaching or supporting maths up to Key Stage 4 (desirable)Confidence delivering engaging and accessible maths lessonsA good understanding of how to manage challenging behaviour positively and effectivelyExperience working with pupils with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD (desirable)HLTA qualification or equivalent experienceA patient, resilient, and proactive approach Why Work with TeacherActive?
