If yes, then this SEN HLTA role is for you The Role - SEN HLTA Seeking a confident and proactive SEN HLTA to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist SEN setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to lead small-group and whole-class learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide cover for lessons when required. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs. You will help pupils work towards their EHCP outcomes, promote independence, support positive behaviour and contribute to a structured and inclusive learning environment.
