A friendly and supportive school in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced SEN HLTA to join their team. This is a hands-on role supporting students with additional needs and helping them thrive in a structured learning environment.

The Role:

• Support students with special educational needs across the school

• Deliver planned learning activities and interventions under teacher guidance

• Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and independence

• Monitor and report on student development and behaviour

You:

• Experienced HLTA or equivalent support role in a SEN setting

• Confident supporting children with a wide range of needs, including SEMH, ASD, and learning difficulties

• Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills

• Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
