About the Role

As Head Teacher, you will provide strategic leadership and vision, ensuring the highest standards of education, care, and support for pupils with a range of complex needs. You will lead a dedicated team, foster a positive school culture, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong and effective leadership to staff, pupils, and the wider school community.
• Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.
• Ensure the school meets all statutory, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement the school''s strategic vision and improvement plans.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities, and external partners.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Significant leadership experience within a SEN or specialist education setting.
• A strong understanding of SEND legislation, safeguarding, and educational best practice.
• Proven experience of leading school improvement and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
• Outstanding communication, organisational, and people-management skills.
