Are you a recent Psychology graduate or hold a UK degree related to the national curriculum? Do you have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and mental health challenges? Aspire People are looking for Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our PRUs/schools across Oldham for September starts.

These rewarding roles involve working 1:1 with students, supporting within school-based SEN hubs or alternative provision units. You''ll play a key role in helping pupils with SEN, including SEMH needs, to achieve their full potential in a mainstream environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A UK degree in Psychology or a curriculum-related subject
* Previous experience supporting students with SEND (in school, care, or youth settings)
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Two years of referenceable experience
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* A genuine passion for making a difference in students'' lives
