You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet individual needsBuild strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support emotional regulation and engagementContribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking, and reportingWork collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staffFoster a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environmentCandidate RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience working with SEN/SEMH learners (desirable but not essential)Strong behaviour management and relational teaching approachResilient, compassionate, and adaptable natureCommitment to inclusive and child-centred ..... full job details .....
