SEN English Teacher Barking, East London ASAP Start Permanent (Employed directly by the school) 42,000- 46,000 Forever Education is supporting a unique independent Special Educational Needs (SEN) group based in London, which provides therapeutic education for children and young people with special educational and neurodiverse learning needs. The school is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced SEN English Teacher to join their school based in Barking, East London on an immediate basis. You will deliver English across KS3/KS4. JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver engaging and differentiated english lessons to students with SEMH needs, ensuring their progress and attainment. Deliver 50% online timetable and 50% in the classroom. Develop individualised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students'' varying abilities and learning styles. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic growth. Employ a range of teaching techniques and resources to enhance students'' understanding of English concepts. Utilise assessment tools effectively to monitor students'' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with other members of the school community, including SENCOs, support staff, and parents/guardians, to create a holistic support system for students.
