The centre supports a small cohort of approximately 35 to 36 pupils. It has been rated ''Good'' in all evaluated areas by Ofsted and offers a tailored, supportive environment to meet the diverse needs of its learners.What We''re Looking For:A qualified Teacher with experience working in SEN or SEMH settingsProven ability to lead, develop, and coordinate the English curriculumStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsConfidence in planning and delivering differentiated lessonsA creative, hands-on approach to teaching practical subjectsAn understanding of trauma-informed practice and supporting disengaged learnersEssential Requirements:QTS or QTLS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)At least 1 year of experience teaching students with SEN/SEMHA valid Enhanced DBS (Child and Adult Workforce) registered on the Update ServiceTwo ..... full job details .....
