SEN Cover Supervisor - Northampton

Location: Northampton
Pay: Up to -130 per day PAYE
Start: September
Contract: Part-time and full-time available

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an SEN Cover Supervisor to join a school in Northampton from September.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children or young people, particularly within an SEN setting, who is confident managing a classroom and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

The role will involve:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with SEN and adapting your approach where required
• Managing behaviour effectively and confidently
• Working closely with teachers and support staff

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school or similar setting, a calm and consistent approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils'' learning and development.

Tradewind Recruitment can offer up to -130 per day PAYE, with both part-time and full-time positions available from September.
