Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across a variety of school settings, supervising classes and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, and other SEND requirements.The RoleAs an SEN Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities may include:Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning.Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs to access learning activities.Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.Providing individual and small group support where required.Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support pupil progress and wellbeing.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience ..... full job details .....
