The role will be working within a SEN school supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school itself is easily accessible via car and public transport and has a fantastic reputation. You will need to be able to quickly build rapport with young children who are often disengaged with education. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff. Lead wholeclass, small-group, and one-to-one interventions to support learning and development.
