Supply Desk are seeking a dynamic Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join a forward-thinking team from September 2025. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives on making a tangible difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:


  • Leading and managing the provision for pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs.
  • Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to coordinate support and intervention.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support learning and wellbeing.
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed records in line with statutory requirements.
  • Training and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality inclusive teaching across the school.

Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

£ Holds the NASENCo qualification (or is working towards it)
£ Has proven experience working with children with a range of additional needs
£ Is a strong communicator, advocate, and team player
£ Has an excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
£ Brings warmth, creativity, and resilience to their work every day
