Interim SEND Curriculum ManagerLocation: LondonContract: Full-time InterimSector: Further EducationAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SEND Curriculum Manager to lead Supported Learning provision at an FE college in London.This is an interim opportunity for an established curriculum leader with a strong background in SEND, Foundation Learning or Supported Learning within Further Education. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and ensure learners receive high-quality, inclusive educational experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of high-quality SEND and Supported Learning programmes from Pre-Entry to Level 1.Manage and support teaching and support staff, driving performance, accountability and professional development.Oversee curriculum planning and delivery, ensuring provision meets learners'' needs and supports progression.Monitor attendance, retention, achievement and progression, using data to drive improvement.Maintain compliance with funding regulations, quality assurance requirements and relevant educational standards.Contribute to internal and external audits, Ofsted inspections and quality reviews.Manage curriculum budgets and resources effectively.Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop inclusive practices and improve learner outcomes.The Ideal CandidateProven experience in a Curriculum Manager or equivalent curriculum leadership role within Further ..... full job details .....
