SEN Classroom Assistant

A fantastic SEN School in East London are looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to join the the welcoming team.The Role- The role is full-time (5 days per week) for the successful candidate- You will be supporting children with Autism- The role will be to start ASAP and will be to continue until July 2025.- The School offers personal development for all staff members, you will often have the opportunity to attend additional training.The School- Supportive Staff- Educates children with Autism (Sensory, Verbal and Non-Verbal)- Fantastic Training opportunities (Team Teach Training)- Great learning environmentThe Candidate- Will have UK classroom experience or at least 6 months experience working with children- Ideally have experience working with children with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties, ADHD and challenging behaviours.- Be available as soon as possible- Excel at building great relationships with pupils and staff- Have a current DBS on the update serviceIf this sounds like a role that you could excel at then please contact James Cooney on (phone number removed).
