This nurturing, inclusive school supports primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs and Autism, many of whom also present with additional complex needs requiring a highly individualised approach.About the RoleThe teacher will teach a primary curriculum adapted for pupils with SEMH needs, Autism and complex profiles. The suitable candidate will be expected to plan and deliver a progressive curriculum across the Key Stages, ensuring aspirational outcomes and supporting pupils on their future pathways.You will:Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching to pupils with SEMH needs, Autism and mixed complex needsPlan and deliver an engaging, multi-sensory curriculum aligned with pupils'' EHCP outcomesCreate and adapt resources to support communication, accessibility and meaningful engagementFoster pupils'' emotional regulation, social development and wellbeing through consistent routines and nurturing relationshipsWork collaboratively with therapists, behaviour specialists, support staff and families to provide coordinated, holistic carePromote independence, communication and resilience through highly differentiated ..... full job details .....
