Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working with several Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in and around Towcester, who are looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Class Teachers to join their growing teams.
These rewarding roles offer the chance to make a real impact, supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional needs - including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), speech and communication needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering creative and tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners
- Creating a supportive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
- Leading a team of support staff (e.g., Teaching Assistants) within your class
- Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to EHCP planning and reviews
- Implementing behaviour support plans and inclusive learning strategies
What We''re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in SEN or with students who have additional needs of various ages
- A nurturing, resilient, and flexible teaching style
- Strong behaviour management skills and an understanding of emotional regulation strategies
- A team player with excellent communication skills
