We are looking for someone who: Is a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS/QTLS essential).Has experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly those working below age-related expectations.Understands SEMH, cognition and learning needs, communication difficulties, or other complex learning profiles.Is patient, resilient, and creative in their approach to teaching.Has strong behaviour-support skills.Can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
