This is a challenging role suited to candidates with high levels of resilience and empathy and is an extremely rewarding opportunity for the right personality.The Role - SEN Behaviour MentorIn this SEN Behaviour Mentor role, you will work with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them access learning and develop positive behaviours.You will play a key role in managing challenging behaviour, using consistent, structured strategies to support emotional regulation and de-escalate situations effectively.
