We are looking for a highly organised and knowledgeable SEND professional with significant experience managing statutory assessment processes and delivering high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of statutory SEND assessments. Coordinate Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments in accordance with statutory legislation. Draft, amend and issue high-quality EHCPs within statutory timescales. Act as the main point of contact for families throughout the assessment process. Chair multi-agency meetings and work collaboratively with schools, health professionals and social care. Prepare cases for SEN Panels and implement panel decisions. Consult with education settings regarding placements. Ensure accurate recording and case management throughout the assessment process.
