The role: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children and young people. Foster a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure student success.
