Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a SEN Administrator to join Leeds City Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.-
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SENSAP team throughout the statutory assessment process
- Manage referrals and support case progression in line with statutory deadlines
- Maintain and update records using the Synergy Suite system
- Respond to queries via shared inboxes in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using databases or case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
