Vision for Education is looking for dedicated SEN 1:1 Support Assistants to work with students who have Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide personalised support to students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them thrive in a school setting.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 Support: Tailor your approach to each student s unique needs as outlined in their EHCP, supporting both their academic and personal development. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to adapt strategies that meet the individual needs of each student. Create an Inclusive Learning Environment: Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where students feel valued and supported. Implement Positive Behaviour Strategies: Use trauma-informed practices and positive behaviour management to help students manage emotions and behaviours. Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of student progress, challenges, and any incidents, ensuring clear communication with the wider support team.
