Semi Skilled Worker/FLT Counter Balance Driver

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are looking for a Semi Skilled Worker with an in date FLT Counter Balance licence for 4 months work in the York area for an immediate start. Rate of pay is 18.00 per hour for basic hours.Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheels certification would be advantageous and experience within an engineering environment is essential. Some of the key responsibilities will be: Operating Fork Lift Trucks safely for loading, unloading and transporting materials.Preparing components using abrasive equipment including grinders, sanders and finishing tools.Assist with deburring, fettling and finishing manufactured components.Safely use a range of power tools including drills, grinders, sanders, saws and other handheld equipment.Assist CNC operators and fabricators with loading materials and preparing work.Carry out basic machine operation where trained.Assist with lifting, moving and positioning large fabrications using appropriate lifting equipment.Support stock movement and material control throughout the factory.Assist with goods inwards and goods outwards activities.Support installation preparation and packing of completed projects.In the first instance, send CV''s to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.Dutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client. ..... full job details .....
