Semi-Skilled Powder Coater Operatives

Infinity Employment are currently looking for Semi- Skilled Powder Coating Operatives to join a leading manufacturer for fire and safety equipment. If you have had some experience in powder coat spraying and prepping metalwork, take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and have a keen eye for detail, then please apply. Temp- Perm position (12 weeks) Shift pattern applies: Mon Thurs 07 1 Fri - 07 15pm After probation period: Mon Thurs 09:30am 18:00pm, Fridays- 09:30 -2pm. Salary £ 25,000 £26,000 per year depending on experience plus overtime when available Responsibilities: Preparing surfaces and applying powder coatings to a variety of metal products The use of a powder coating gun, coating a range of products according to required specification Pre-treatment of products and inspection to the specified standards Jigging up products Carry out maintenance of the spray guns and booths according to instruction, including basic maintenance of machines and tools Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment Pre-treatment of product through a manual process Ensuring high standards of quality and finish Working efficiently to meet production deadline Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Experience/ skills required: Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing process but not essential Experience with hand tools, drills Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word Flexible regarding overtime if required Strong communication ..... full job details .....
