Semi Skilled Paint Sprayer/ Semi skilled Painter

TXM Recruit are looking for a Semi Skilled Paint Sprayer on an initial contract basis to work for an engineering company in Doncaster-then move to Burton.

The standard rate for this role is -22.39ph Umb/-16.50 PAYE (inside IR35) with overtime enhancements after 37 hrs.- The role is expected to be Monday to Friday days predominantly with some Afternoons (paid at a 20% uplift), 37 hours per week with occasional overtime.

This will be a 9/10 month training at Doncaster with Mileage paid for travel to this depot (30p per mile) , the role will then move to a new facility being built in Barton under Needwood (Burton upon Trent, DE13 area) where there will be the opportunity to go permanent after a short while.

Position Summary:
To carry out Painting duties and some semi skilled fitting work on Rolling Stock related components

Person Profile/Experience:

• Practical painting experience in industrial industries, Shotblasters may be considered
• No qualifications are required
• Good attitude and willing to be flexible

You must also be able to pass a Medical, Drug & Alcohol screening.
