Semi Skilled Operative

Position: 10x Semi Skilled Operatives

Location: Crewe

Hours: 12hr Day / Night shifts, Mon-Sun, (12 on 2 off)

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 4-6 weeks

PAYE Rates:

DAYS:

Basic: 1st 39 hours Mon-Fri: -16.27/hr (-14.52/hr + -1.75/hr Holiday Pay)

O/T 1: -21.78/hr

O/T 2: -29.04/hr

NIGHTS:

Basic: 1st 39 hours Mon-Fri: -20.50/hr (-18.30 + -2.20/hr Holiday Pay)

O/T 1: -27.45/hr

O/T 2: -36.60/hr

Attendance Bonus on all hours worked: -0.50/hr

Lodge Allowance: -55.00/night + Lodge Uplift: -12.50/night (where applicable)

Travel: -14.52/hr (where applicable)-

The Role:

Our client has a requirement for 10x Semi Skilled Operatives for a major upgrade project on a water treatment site in Crewe. Duties will include assisting mechanical trades in the refurbishment of cooling towers and filter systems on site; working at height using harnesses, using hand tools and power towers, moving materials, general labouring.

Essential Requirements:

- CSCS / CCNSG card

- Confined Space Entry certificate

- Working at Height certificate (with harness training)

- Manual Handling certificate

- Experience using hand and power tools

- Experience of working on large industrial sites (water, power, refinery, steel)
