Position: Semi-Skilled Operative x2 Location: A350, Aerospace Sector Contract Type: Contract Hours: Earlies : Monday-Thursday: 06:00 - 14:15, Friday: 06:00 - 12:00 Lates: 14:15-22:30 (Mon-Thu) / 12:00-18:00 (Fri)Pay (PAYE or Umbrella):Pay TypeEarliesOvertime (over 37hrs) / SaturdaysSundays / Bank HolidaysLates (20%)Umbrella 21 36PAYE 15 45Note: Holiday pay accrues on top of PAYE rates.Key Responsibilities:Perform fitting tasks and maintain high standards in the area.Assist with assembly and installation of ribs in aerospace structures.Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings accurately.Conduct inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.Maintain a clean and organised workspace.Job Requirements:Experience in fitting or similar hands-on roles, preferably in aerospace would be ideal.Understanding of technical drawings and blueprints would be beneficial.Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform precise work.Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
