ARC are currently looking for a Labourer to join our cleint on a permanant basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a physically demanding environment.

Duties:

Carry out general labouring tasks on-site, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

Assist tradespeople with their duties, providing support as required.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions as needed.

Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.

Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.

Familiarity with health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is preferred.
