Semi-Skilled PSV / HGV TechnicianLocation: Norwich Pay Rate: 16.68 per hour + Overtime39 hours per weekWe are currently recruiting for a Semi-Skilled PSV / HGV Technician to join a busy and modern workshop in Norwich, working on a fleet of buses and coaches. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to develop their skills within the PSV industry and progress their career with a well-established operation.The successful candidate will assist qualified technicians with the maintenance, servicing and repair of buses and coaches while gaining further hands-on experience in a professional workshop environment.Duties and Responsibilities of the PSV Technician Carrying out routine servicing and inspections on buses and coachesAssisting with mechanical repairs and fault findingWorking on brakes, suspension, steering and basic electrical systemsSupporting MOT preparation and vehicle safety inspectionsMaintaining high workshop and health and safety standardsEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to company standardsRequirements of the PSV Technician Previous experience working on PSV, HGV, LGV or automotive vehiclesBasic mechanical knowledge and workshop experienceA strong willingness to learn and developAbility to work well within a teamFull UK driving licence preferredSo, if you are a really good LCV Technician or just starting out in your HGV journey, then why not apply for the role and give your career a boost. ..... full job details .....
