Semi-Skilled Assembler

Hours & Pay

Monday to Thursday - 7am till 4pm

Friday - 7am till 11am

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to detailed specifications and diagrams
• Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks accurately
• Operate surface mount technology equipment for precise electronic component placement
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure correct assembly procedures
• Completing labour tasks in the mixer assembly area
• Any other duties as requested by your line management
• Document assembly processes and report any issues or deviations promptly
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical assembly
• Electrical and hydraulics experience.
• Good personal responsibility and awareness of safe working practices.
• Good knowledge of basic hand and power tools related to trade to ensure correct equipment is used for each individual task.
• Must be a reliable timekeeper.
• Physically fit.
