Responsibilities This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for building trusted relationships through regular communication, proactive support, and tailored advice.Review work prepared by junior staff and offer mentorship to support their developmentIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experienceEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlinesPrepare financial statements in compliance with UK accounting standards (FRS 105, FRS 102 1A, and full FRS 102).Process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in the general ledgerAssist in financial reporting, trend analysis, and management accounts reportingManage VAT workings, reconciliations, and VAT return preparationKnowledge of UK taxPayroll experience is an advantageStay up to date with accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry best practicesManage a portfolio of business clients, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services What You''ll Bring Proven experience in accountancy within practiceExcellent interpersonal skills and confidence in ..... full job details .....
