Semi Senior / Senior Accountant

A well-established independent accountancy practice is looking to recruit a Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant to join its friendly team based close to Long Eaton, Beeston, Stapleford, Castle Donington and Nottingham. Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will work with a varied portfolio of clients, supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting and taxation services while building strong client relationships. Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies • Preparing corporation tax computations and personal tax returns • Completing VAT returns and maintaining accurate financial records • Assisting clients with accounting software, including Sage • Supporting audit assignments where required • Liaising with clients to resolve accounting and tax queries • Working closely with senior members of the team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time Benefits Include Competitive salary dependent on experience the guide on this advert is intended as an indication only.
