An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Accounts Semi-Senior to join a growing and progressive accountancy practice in Tonbridge. This is an excellent role for someone with around two years'' practice experience who is eager to develop their technical skills and progress within a supportive and friendly team. Working closely with experienced accountants and managers, the successful Accounts Semi-Senior will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of clients whilst receiving ongoing support and development opportunities.About the role As an Accounts Semi-Senior, responsibilities will include:Preparing VAT returns for a diverse client portfolioCompleting bookkeeping duties using cloud-based accounting softwareAssisting with the preparation of management accountsSupporting the preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesProcessing and reconciling bank accounts and control accountsAssisting with corporation tax and personal tax compliance workLiaising directly with clients to obtain financial information and resolve queriesSupporting senior team members with client accounting projectsEnsuring client deadlines are met accurately and efficientlyBuilding strong working relationships with clients and colleagues This role offers excellent exposure to accounts preparation and provides a clear pathway for career progression ..... full job details .....
