This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious practice accountant looking to develop their experience and progress their career within a supportive accountancy environment. The role will offer exposure to a varied portfolio of clients and a broad range of accounting and tax work. The RoleWorking closely with the wider team, you will support the delivery of accounting and compliance services to a diverse client base, while developing your technical knowledge and client-facing skills. Your key responsibilities as a Semi-Senior Accountant will include: Preparing statutory and management accounts for a range of clients. Assisting with the preparation of corporation tax and personal tax returns. Supporting the preparation and submission of VAT returns. Maintaining accurate accounting records and assisting with general bookkeeping duties. Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve accounting queries. Supporting more senior members of the team with client accounts and tax work. Assisting with accounts and tax assignments from initial preparation through to completion.
