Semi Senior Accountant Location: Lincoln Hybrid Job Type: Full Time The role This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early practice experience to step into a well-rounded accounts role within a supportive team. You''ll work with a varied client base, gaining exposure across accounts preparation, tax, and day-to-day client interaction. The role offers plenty of scope to develop technically, with support towards further studies and progression, making it ideal for someone looking to build on their existing experience. Key responsibilities Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts for a range of clients Supporting the production of corporate and business tax computations Working with senior team members to deliver work across a portfolio of clients Liaising with clients to gather information and respond to queries Assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts where required Supporting on audit assignments if needed Ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard About you AAT qualified or studying ACA / ACCA At least 1-3 years'' experience within an accountancy practice Good understanding of accounts preparation and basic tax principles Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is beneficial The package Competitive salary, ..... full job details .....
