The Opportunity As a Semi Senior Accountant, you''ll work across a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients, gaining broad exposure to accounts, tax and day-to-day client work. The role is designed to give you a strong grounding in the core technical aspects of practice while gradually increasing your involvement in client advisory work. You''ll have the opportunity to understand clients beyond their compliance requirements, develop commercial relationships and progress towards becoming a trusted adviser. A key part of the position will also be supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others develop.
