The practice combines traditional values with modern cloud-based technology, to deliver a personalised service to its clients.Role RequirementsPreparing accounts using a balance sheet approach for a varied client portfolio.Engaging with clients to provide support and advice, enhancing your CPD opportunities.Working with cloud-based accounting software and ensuring accuracy of financial records.Collaborating with colleagues in a positive team environment, contributing to practice initiatives and meetings.Assisting with internal projects and process improvements.Personal RequirementsMinimum of three years'' experience in a UK accounting practice.Proficient in preparing accounts and comfortable with balance sheet accounting.Experience with Xero or similar accounting software preferred (training provided if required).Excellent communication and organisational skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without micromanagement.Benefits25 days annual leave plus bank ..... full job details .....
