Semi-Senior Accountant - Growing Independent Practice Manchester £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a friendly, close-knit accountancy firm in the recruitment of an Junior/Semi-Senior Accountant with to join their growing team across their Greater Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified professional looking to broaden their experience across accounts and tax within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role will have a stronger focus on accounts preparation and tax across a varied client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, and LLPs Prepare VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts for a varied client base Assist with corporation tax and personal tax compliance work Build strong relationships with clients and respond to day-to-day queries Work closely with Managers and Director across a broad range of assignments Key Requirements AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified Minimum 2+ years'' experience within an UK accountancy practice Knowledge of FRS102 and FRS105 Experience with software including CCH, Xero, Sage, and Excel Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive and client-focused approach What''s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Study support and ongoing professional development Exposure to a varied and interesting client portfolio Friendly and ..... full job details .....
