This is a hands on role within a portfolio of clients, meeting deadlines, and providing an excellent serviceSemi Senior Accountant Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, charities, and groups.Produce and review VAT returns, bookkeeping, management accounts, and outsourced work to ensure accuracy and quality.Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and maintaining high performance standards.Manage client assignments within budgets and deadlines, resolving review points and delivering high-quality final files.Liaise with managers, partners, and the Tax team to resolve queries and identify opportunities for additional client services.Maintain accurate time records, comply with CPD requirements, and support the smooth running of the department.Semi ..... full job details .....
